We see clients as partners.
Here are some of the cool things they had to say about working with us.

The Production Process
Functionality You Will Love

Pre-Production

Our producers and creative gurus get to know your story from start to finish (or more often, help you discover it). They uncover existing content, develop innovative ideas, write scripts or interview arcs, turn them into storyboards, scout locations, and prepare the behind-the-scenes logistics: schedules, talent bookings, flights, insurance, and the rest.

Production

The excitement of lights, camera, action! is contagious on every project, whether it’s two weeks on a beach in Oahu or an afternoon in front of a green screen. With top-notch equipment and key talent, production days result in beautiful media that tell the audiovisual story we’ve meticulously planned. The fun part is discovering the magical moments that weren’t even planned.

Post-Production

While many see production as the fun part, our post team thrives on the creative process. They craft narratives, blend visuals with sound design, music, special effects, color grading, captions, and graphics. Some partners prefer to be heavily involved, watching dailies and crafting edit-scripts from interview content, while others opt to review a draft or two. By this stage, we understand your preferences and will tailor our post-production plan to your needs.

Development

When people come to us with a need, not not an idea, we put our creativity to work! Through deep conversations, we understand their needs, pain points, and desired audience reactions. We see this as therapy for brand and voice identity, so grab a seat and let's talk.
Common Questions
What does production cost?
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to pricing. At the outset of any new relationship, we provide an itemized menu of services with transparent pricing. We also continually seek ways to maximize your return on investment at every stage.
How long does production take?
Podcasts and still photography can typically be completed within a few days. Video projects and series can take from a few weeks to several months, depending on complexity and scheduling. Documentaries generally start with a few months of production and can extend further.
How do you handle revisions?
We don’t stop until the project is complete and you have a final product you’re proud of. The number of feedback rounds is clearly specified in our contracts, typically allowing for two rounds of feedback before delivering the final version.
Where does RMP work?
We are based in the heart of New York City; however, members of our team are located in cities across the US, including Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Detroit, Chicago, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa.
How do we get the ball rolling?
We have a scalable team and can get moving quickly as needed. However, any new relationship begins with a couple of calls or an in-person meeting, where we take the time to understand your goals and how we can help accomplish them. The sooner you reach out, the sooner we can begin.
Do you work in my industry?
We are industry-agnostic in content production. Our Directors have experience across a wide range of sectors, including fashion, beauty, healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, and more. It’s all about assembling the right team to achieve the look and story you envision.
